Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. rrq88 operates a mandatory KYC verification programme in compliance with applicable international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. Before processing any withdrawal request, and at any other point rrq88 deems appropriate, you may be required to submit:
KYC documents must be submitted in clear, legible, unaltered form. rrq88 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests while KYC verification is in progress. Providing false, forged, or misleading documentation constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account closure and referral to relevant authorities.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your rrq88 username or password with any third party. rrq88 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, including any wagers placed, deposits made, or withdrawal requests submitted, whether or not such activity was authorized by you. rrq88 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are credited to the Player's Account Balance in real time upon confirmation of receipt. rrq88 does not impose a processing fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which rrq88 bears no responsibility.
5.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by rrq88 and displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by rrq88 within one (1) to three (3) business days from the point of request submission, subject to the following conditions being met:

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as dormant. rrq88 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50.000 against the Balance of a dormant Account. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee deduction. Dormant Account fees will not be applied if the Account Balance is zero.
Currency: All Account Balances, wagers, and payouts on the rrq88 Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No foreign currency conversion is applied at any stage of the transaction lifecycle.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. rrq88 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to these general terms plus any additional terms specific to each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they may be withdrawn as Real Money Funds. The specific Wagering Requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering Requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for the relevant promotion; incomplete wagering at the expiry of the promotional period will result in the forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds.

6.4 Promotion Availability. Promotions may be withdrawn, amended, or suspended at any time at rrq88's sole discretion. rrq88 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of changes to ongoing promotions where practicable.
7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All sports bets and casino wagers are accepted at rrq88's sole discretion. rrq88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet without prior notice, including in situations where rrq88 believes the bet constitutes advantage play, arbitrage, or exploitation of pricing errors.
7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface and are subject to change without notice.
7.3 Results and Settlements.
